Embrace Equity: Celebrating International Women’s Day, 8 March
On March 8, 2023, UnitedHealthcare Global joins the world in celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD) and its #EmbraceEquity theme for 2023. The day is dedicated to honoring the achievements of women throughout history, as well as recognizing the ongoing struggle for gender equality. This year's theme, #EmbraceEquity, seeks to get the world talking about why "equal opportunities are no longer enough" and can in fact be exclusionary, rather than inclusive.
